When I decided to open my own practice, I had a clear & simple goal:

To create a space & experience for my clients that is relaxing, nurturing and healing while addressing your various needs - whether it be to destress, indulge, maintain health or for so many of you - alleviate & manage pain.

When you step inside my room, you leave your world behind for a while and are enveloped by a safe & warm atmosphere where you can unwind, take your time and know that you will be cared for to the best of my ability. My focus is on you and what your needs are in this moment ...
